FAQ / Websites

Your questions about websites

Budget, process, integrations and ongoing support: answers to help plan your project.

Which type of website does my business need?

A business website explains your offer and collects enquiries. A landing page focuses on a campaign or service, while an online store supports product sales. We begin with your goals, available content and customer journey to choose a structure that helps visitors take a useful next step.

How much does a professional website or redesign cost?

Cost depends on page count, languages, content and connections such as a CRM, booking system or payment provider. A scoped proposal identifies deliverables and recurring costs. The €99 price on this site applies only to the 30-minute automation audit, not website development.

How long does a website project take?

Timing depends on scope, content availability and approvals. We first agree on pages, dependencies and a shared schedule. Custom integrations and migration from an existing website need additional checks. Providing texts, assets and a clear decision-maker helps avoid preventable delays.

Will the website work on phones and tablets?

Layouts are designed for multiple screen sizes, including readable text, touch-friendly navigation, accessible buttons and usable forms. Images and animations are adjusted for smaller screens. Review also covers important journeys, such as contacting the company or requesting a proposal.

What does website SEO include?

The agreed scope can include page structure, titles, descriptions, internal links, consistent URLs, a sitemap and appropriate structured data. Content should answer a specific search need. Rankings also depend on competition, domain history and continued editorial work; a technical setup does not guarantee a position.

Can you build a website in English, French and Arabic?

Yes. Each language has its own pages, navigation and metadata. Arabic requires right-to-left layouts. We plan links between language versions and translation review. Each additional language also needs ongoing content maintenance, rather than only a one-time translation.

Can the site connect to my CRM, Calendly or payments?

We assess each provider’s integration options, authorised access and your customer journey. The scope identifies the data transferred, error handling and who receives enquiries. Provider subscriptions and transaction fees should be identified separately before implementation.

How do you handle a redesign and existing page URLs?

We inventory existing URLs, content and entry points. Retained pages are mapped to their new destinations and necessary redirects are planned. Forms, links and important pages are checked around launch. Search visibility can still fluctuate during a website migration.

Who provides content and receives website access?

At the start we identify available assets, content to create and who is responsible. Image usage rights need checking. The proposal defines delivered access, ownership and the update process so your team understands how to manage and develop the website.

Is maintenance available after launch?

Support can cover updates, fixes, form monitoring and content changes. Scope, frequency and response arrangements are agreed separately. A handover should also provide the information needed for everyday management, including who owns each connected service.
