Project enquiries
The form collects your contact details, company, country, project description, optional budget and timeline, and your consent to discuss the project. Requests are stored to review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information.
Access and your choices
Access to enquiries is restricted to the authorised agency administrator. A technical hash of the requesting network address is used for rate limiting. To request access, correction or deletion, contact +33 7 78 70 39 83. The retention period and registered data controller details must be confirmed before public launch.
External services
WhatsApp links take you to an external service with its own privacy terms. The site does not send your form to WhatsApp automatically. Hosting security may involve platform providers.
Audits and booking
To prepare a paid audit, we store your name, email, company, language, team size, business description and optional request. The authorised Seyweb administrator can access these details to prepare the session. Whop handles payment; Seyweb does not receive your card details. After the brief is saved, a single-use Calendly link allows booking. Information entered on Calendly is processed by that service.
Preparation session and currencies
A secure technical cookie retains access to your audit for 30 days in the browser used for payment. It does not contain your brief. A country signal from the network infrastructure may suggest a display currency, which you can change. We do not request your device’s precise location. Currency estimates are calculated server-side using public exchange rates.
